About Us
“Empowering people with disabilities towards independent living”
Who We Are
Quad E Society is a not-for-profit organization registered in Malacca, Malaysia, since June 10, 2019. Our name represents the four principles that shape our approach to working with persons with disabilities: Engage, Enable, Enhance, and Empower. These values are the foundation of our commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and growth-oriented environments for young adults with disabilities. Rather than operating from a traditional charity perspective, we focus on person-centered dignity, long-term support, and the belief that every individual should have the opportunity to take ownership of their life and potential.

Objectives
Our objective is to provide a living environment for persons with disabilities conducive to achieving the 4Es as reflected in our logo:
Engage: That persons with disabilities be encouraged to engage as much as is possible with all members of the community where they live.
Enable: That persons with disabilities focus more on building and enabling their capacities and abilities, rather than be limited by their disabilities in their daily living.
Enhance: That persons with disabilities be given every opportunity to enhance their capacities to their fullest potential.
Empower: That persons with disabilities be encouraged to take ownership of their lives and be empowered to work towards independence in their daily living.
Vision
Supporting persons with disabilities towards transition to adulthood within an ESG framework
Mission
Providing a living environment for persons with disabilities conducive to achieving the 4Es
